Longden installed 45,000 square feet of Tate Concore 1000 bare panel for the Service Credit Union headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. This system utilized underfloor air distribution for HVAC, which improves air quality and reduces energy costs. Longden designed bridging and supports to span over the HVAC ductwork. The photo of the unfinished floor illustrates the flooring installed just short of the window wall to accommodate registers to allow airflow to rise in front of the windows.
