Longden Company recently completed a 5,000 square foot server lab infrastructure upgrade project for Casa Systems in Andover, MA. This project included demolition of existing wet sprinkler and mechanical systems to allow for installation of a pre-action sprinkler system tied into a special hazard fire detection system, along with the implementation of Liebert CRV precision in-row cooling units and Liebert PDX perimeter cooling units to supply cool air to server racks and modem racks, respectively. Longden also installed new electrical switchgear and power distribution, including Starline track busway, for point-of-use plug-in capabilities.
