Longden designed and built this dedicated server room for a financial institution located in Burlington, MA. We managed all aspects of construction, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems. Equipment installed includes redundant 20KW in-row Liebert CRV air-cooled AC systems, redundant 30KW Emerson EXM UPS systems with A/B whip distribution to critical load, a pre-action sprinkler system with dedicated smoke detection and panel. All systems are protected by a 250KW natural gas Caterpillar generator. This also backs up the call center and disaster recovery functions for this corporate office.
